Bunopili provides a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

·Provide a partial or full refund where repair or replacement is not possible

Replacement products may be new or refurbished and will be of equivalent performance and functionality.

Warranty coverage applies only to products used in accordance with the product instructions and intended purpose.

3. Warranty Period

All Bunopili products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

If a different warranty period is stated on the product page or packaging, that specific warranty period will apply.

Repair or replacement under this Warranty Policy does not extend or renew the original warranty period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

·Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation

·Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair

·Normal wear and tear

·Damage caused by water, fire, power surges, or external environmental factors

·Products not used in accordance with provided instructions or intended purpose

·Damage caused during third-party handling or shipping after delivery

·Damage resulting from improper maintenance, cleaning, or failure to follow product care instructions

Consumable parts and accessories subject to normal wear are not covered under this Warranty Policy unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

·Photo or video evidence of the defect

We may request additional information or return of the product for inspection before approving a warranty claim.

7. Shipping for Warranty Returns

If a warranty claim requires the return of a product, instructions and return address will be provided after claim approval.

Products must be securely packaged using original packaging or equivalent protective materials to avoid damage during return shipping.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product for inspection.

Return address will be provided after return approval and may vary depending on product type and warehouse location.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bunopili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Our liability under this Warranty Policy is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits any statutory rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Warranty Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless otherwise stated.

10. Relationship to Other Policies

This Warranty Policy does not cover issues related to shipping, delivery delays, order cancellation, or refund processing.
